Mango and Banana Summer Smoothie

  • ½ ripe mango, peeled and chopped or 1 cup frozen mango pieces
  • ½ ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup firm silken tofu
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop (about 30 grams) vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 1 cup ice and water for consistency.
Add the chopped mango, sliced banana, almond milk, silken tofu, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and vegan protein powder to a blender.
Blend on high until the ingredients are smooth and creamy.
Add the ice and continue to blend until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve immediately.
