Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake

Chocolate + peanut butter is smoothie heaven!! one of our favourite smoothies that is perfect for a sweet treat any time of day...

INGREDIENTS

250ml Water

1 fresh or frozen banana (depending how cold you want your shake)

1 Tbsp peanut butter

30g S + T Chocolate Protein Powder

Handful of ice

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
