PEANUT BUTTER CHEWY PROTEIN BLISS BALLS

INGREDIENTS

10 medjool dates

4 tbsp peanut butter

1 heaped cup of almonds

1/4 cup chopped nuts (or pumpkin/sunflower seeds)

1 tbsp cocoa/cacao

1 tbsp protein powder

2 tbsp coconut sugar

METHOD

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or powerful blender. Blitz until combined.

Put bliss ball mixture into the fridge for 10 - 15 minutes to firm up before rolling.

Roll mixture into bite-sized balls one at a time, (note the mixture will appear quite oily due to the natural oils in the nuts coming out during processing but the balls will not be oily to eat).

Roll into topping of choice, some options are coconut, chia seeds, mixed nuts, chocolate, possibilities are endless.
