Sneaking leafy greens into meals is nothing new. In fact, it’s a pretty awesome way to get extra nutrients in your diet and this green smoothie is a great way to do just that, it also has a fresh gingery taste which you will love!!
A great tip is to buy your pineapples when they are in season and cut them up into chunks for the freezer so you can enjoy tropical smoothies all year round...
Large handful of fresh spinach
1/2 frozen banana
Handful of frozen pineapple
Cube of fresh ginger
1 Tbsp LSA
30g S + T Vanilla Protein Powder
Handful of ice
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
