TROPICAL PROTEIN SMOOTHIE BOWL

 

INGREDIENTS

1 large frozen banana

1 cup of frozen mixed tropical fruit

1 cup of frozen mango

3 heaped tbsp vanilla protein powder

1/2 tsp of cinnamon 

1/4 cup plant based milk

 METHOD

Always add your liquid first, then all other ingredients and blend.

If using a Vitamix start on the lowest setting then increase to a high speed straight away and use tamper throughout to aid the blending. Blend on high until you reach your desired texture, for a thick and creamy smoothie bowl this should take around a minute.

TOPPING

Garnish with toppings of your choice, for this one we chose blueberries, hemp hearts and coconut.
