How to use

Shake or blend 30g (three heaped tablespoons) into 250ml liquid of your choice or into your favourite smoothie, yoghurt, oats, baking and much more.

150ml water

150ml plant based milk (almond tastes amazing!) 

1 small frozen banana

1 tbsp peanut butter (or other nut butter)

30g S + T chocolate protein powder

Handful of ice

Handful of fresh spinach

1 small frozen courgette
