Banana Berry Ginger Smoothie

Smoothies on the go are a hit in our house this week, we are always running out the door in a hurry! What better way to pack in some nutrients for the day than a takeaway smoothie. 1 frozen Banana

1 cup frozen mixed berries

1 cube fresh ginger

½ - 1 cup water

30g S + T Vanilla protein powder
